Cinnamon and Honey Drink:


In one glass of water add a spoonful of honey and half a tablespoon of cinnamon. Do not add honey and cinnamon in hot or warm water; let it cool to avoid losing the nutrients from it. You can also add a dash of lime to fire up the fat burning process.

Almonds and apple drink:


Douse hunger and speed up metabolism with this delicious apple and almond drink. All you need are five almonds, one medium size apple and banana, half cup low fat milk, three fourth cup Greek Yoghurt and one fourth teaspoon cinnamon powder.
